NDTV is going DOWN

Just saw the recent results of NDTV, not looking good
They have a nine month revenue of around Rs 239 Crores which probably means they would not be able to achieve even the last year margin of Rs 348 Crores for the previous year ended. You will know that they are in some serious trouble as this was an election year and still they have actually going to see a decline in revenue rather than growth.Their bottom line is even worse as for the three month period of Oct-Dec 2010 which is supposed to be the festive season they had actually managed to make a loss of around Rs 100 Crores on a 94 Crore revenue. You know your company is in bad shape when your loss for the period is actually more than the total revenue for the period which basically means costs has doubled over the revenue. What are these costs... by looking at their results they have disclosed that they have actually reversed a provision of 5 Crores in Marketing commission related to previous years. If they have reversed a provision what are these over run costs they are experiencing.
Something really fishy is going on in NDTV they seems to have no control on costs and are struggling to reduce cash losses let alone make a profit. This has affected their reporting as well as they have become much more prejudiced towards the ruling party in order to cosy to them and probably get some sweet deals on Govt ads.The Barkha gate is just an example as that.
It is so sad that the organization which brought us "The World this week" has become such a sorry image of itself.
